Comprehensive Privacy Notice

I. Personal data we collect

Data we collect directly from you (the referrer):

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number

Data you provide about a third party (the referred brand):

• Brand or company name
• Name and contact details of the brand contact (when you provide them)

By submitting a referral, you declare that you have a legitimate relationship or basis to share the brand contact's data, and that this person has been or will be informed that their data was provided by a third party for the purpose of a possible sports sponsorship. On our first contact with that person, we will disclose the source of their data and make this notice available to them.

We do not collect financial data or sensitive personal data through the app or site.

II. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service):

• Follow up on your referral and contact the referred brand
• Evaluate and, if applicable, qualify the referral according to our internal rules
• Notify you of your referral status and, if applicable, deliver the awarded experience
• Coordinate delivery or redemption of experiences

Secondary purposes (not essential; require your consent):

• Send you communications about new athletes, properties, or available experiences

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may indicate so by writing to osam@blusports.mx.

III. Data transfers

Your data may be shared with providers that help us operate the app and site (for example, hosting, email service, or internal referral management tools), solely for the purposes described here and under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

IV. ARCO rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose (ARCO) the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, send your request to osam@blusports.mx including:

• Your full name and contact details
• The right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request
• Any documentation that helps verify your identity or legal representation, if applicable

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days, as established by the LFPDPPP.

If you believe your rights were not adequately addressed, you may approach the General Directorate of Personal Data in the Private Sector of the Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, the authority that replaced INAI in this matter as of 2025.

V. Use of cookies and similar technologies (website)

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable them in your browser settings; please note that this may affect some features.

VI. Minors

This app and site are not directed at minors. If you are a minor, you need the consent of your parent or guardian before submitting any information.
